The refurbished support wheels for Hagglunds Bv206. Complete with bearings. seals, bushing and cup. An excellent budget alternative to new spare parts.
The restoration of the rollers includes these operations:
- cutting off the old rim;
- sandblasting of the rink;
- welding a new polyurethane rim;
- diameter calibration;
- if necessary – restoration of bearing seats (welding, grooving);
- painting;
- installation of bearings, oil seals, spacer sleeve.
Refurbished wheels are practically indistinguishable from new ones in terms of quality and performance properties. Externally, they are almost identical to the new parts.
